All non-custom online purchases can be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. All sale items are final sale. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
with order number to receive return instructions. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
SHREDS are created using remnants of clothing manufacturers, therefore quantities are limited and are not able to be custom created.
SHREDS should be hand washed and hung to dry.
